On Judgement Day

And didn't you try?
Why didn't you know?
And can nothing stop it now?
And didn't you hear?
And didn't you see?
Can noone perceive even now?
Why didn't you listen?
Why didn't you learn?
Nothing can help us now
Why didn't we see this then?

Written directly after reading the passage where those set aside as not God's people ask 'Where were you hungry, and we did not feed you?' and a bunch of other such questions. In this piece, having got nowhere by arguing with God, they argue amongst themselves.
